Overview
Rome is ruled by two emperors, Julius Caesar and Nero, who perform all kinds of orgies to celebrate their vast war triumphs and are controlling alchemy to create a homunculus. This being commits a terrible crime for which the war hero Gaius Prolificus is blamed, who becomes a fugitive from Rome.
